What data is collected
The contact form collects only what you type: your name, your email address and your message. The hosting provider additionally processes technical data (such as IP address and browser information) in standard server logs for security and operation. This site does not build marketing profiles and does not sell data to anyone.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal you requested. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in answering correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You will not be added to any newsletter.
Processors and transfers
The site is hosted on Vercel; contact-form emails are delivered through Resend; call bookings, when you use them, are handled by Cal.com. These providers act as processors and may process data in the United States under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and, at most, for 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship follows — in which case invoicing and contractual data are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability, by writing to luigi@luigimicca.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or the authority of your country of residence.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. One functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE, 12 months) is set only if you explicitly pick a language, to remember the choice; your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Traffic statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying visitors.

Any material change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
